Converge Southeast offers a training seminar to its partner churches in the area of spiritual transformation. This training helps the church to develop lay counselors as well as challenges the people to pursue deeper intimacy with God. Also available is small group discipleship materials to help churches guide believers in their personal freedom from unfinished business. Unfinished business is whatever emotional, mental, and spiritual baggage you continue to carry. It is what traps you into living out your life in unhealthy ways.
